Email: Admin@NewYorkCP.com
Please tell us which medication you need, the dosage and which pharmacy you would like it sent to.
Please allow up to 72 hours for refill requests!
WHY SO LONG?
The nursing staff may have questions about your refill request and need to confer with your provider.
The pharmacy may have questions about your refill and need to confer with your provider
The pharmacy may be experiencing shortages or backorders of your medications
Your insurance company may require prior authorization for your medication to be filled. This may take 1-5 business days for the insurance company to process.
***We often do NOT get pharmacy refill requests.

Our portal allows direct messaging access to your provider.
Your portal is separate from a portal issued to your spouse, child’s guardian and/or child.
You can only see your messages, not the other’s.
If there is a question that is easily solved by our administrative team, then they will respond accordingly. Examples included scheduling requests or changes and refill needs.
If the question is for your provider and is of a clinical nature, they will respond to you. Please allow up to 48 business hours. Please understand that most of the days your provider is in appointments all day. They will respond to you as soon as they can. Thank you for your patience.
Any automatic messages will come from the desk of the owner of the clinic, Dr. Brett Nelson.
If you need help with signing up for your portal or have been locked out. Please call Courtney at 518-855-1421 or email Admin@NewYorkCP.com
